1st day working
have to say, lenovo's bosses are one of the most kiasu people in the world. lenovo is a brand which has 6 competing booths consisting of different companies in ONE exhibition, all selling the same product at the same prices but different company come up with different strategy promotions. it had really rocketed the competition level to the top even among own brand's employees. its really tough to even close a deal. from 12 to 9+pm its all 'ji dan' only some which is lucky, which had customers approached straight away with the idea of buying the specific model. this is a tough competition, i need to be aggressive and tactful to sell anything; which means i have to act opposite of my unwillingness to approach style.
it is a really tough day for me, but at least my manager is a nice man, he sponsored lunch, dinner and ice cream at the end of the day to all of us. he is there to constantly encourage us to go up the customers. but, in the end.. still 'ji dan'. left 3 more days, i have to earn the money myself by my own will! can i make it?.. can~ dun worry.
